Parades, parades, and more parades – it seems like all we’ve done is go to parades this past month (I’m not complaining, mind you). With such a late Mardi Gras, we only have a short break to recoup and clean off our chairs, ladders, and ice chests for next weekend’s St. Patrick’s Day and St. Joseph’s Day fun. That’s a lot of Saints and you know how much I love our Saints.

If you didn’t make it to one of my diners after one of the Mardi Gras parades, make sure you come by after the Irish and Italian festivities. Ya know I have some good food and you’ll be hungry after being out on the streets all day.
