You know, when you love seafood and live in New Orleans, Lent isn’t much of a punishment. I’m sure that many of you, like me, eat seafood a lot more than just on Fridays. If you haven’t tried them yet, my Seafood and New Orleans Omelets are delicious with that “crazy–good” Crawfish Julie sauce in ’em – and they’re both served year–round.
Other than seafood, I have specials every day of the week and lots of yummy food on my regular menu. Each of my diners makes their own Daily Specials, except for Mondays when we all cook up red beans & rice. Just call me a traditionalist, in everything, except, I do love that new technology; Facebook & Twitter.
