Now that Mardi Gras has passed and it’s been over a week since we had ashes on our foreheads, you’d think the parades were all done. NOPE – it’s now time for the Irish & Italian–American parade where they toss green beads and vegetables! Now, I know you don’t want to cook all those veggies, so make sure you come see me after your St. Patrick’s Day and St. Joseph’s day celebrations. I got the pot on for you.
Ya know, I was talking to a regular the other day at my Luling store and he didn’t realize we had daily specials. My jaw dropped open, because I couldn’t believe he had been missing out on all my goodies for so long.
Talking to him reminded me that some of you might not know we have special home cooked meals every day AND the specials are different at every location.
Every day for lunch, you can get a warm plate of my goodness, usually for $7.99 and that includes a soft drink or coffee.
I even put up Daily Special Calendars on my website so you can pick out which Dots you want to visit today or plan out your week around my menu. Check it out and come see me.
Love ya,
Dot
P.S. Catch me some potatoes at the parade… I like to make potato soup for chilly evenings.
