I really love March in New Orleans. Things start to warm up, the grass is green again and the crawfish are yummy (especially on my omelets–apologize for that early plug). One of my favorite things to do in the springtime is to frolic in City Park. Not sure if you’ve heard, but the Ladybug Roller Coaster is back up and running at the Park! This is the first time since Hurricane Katrina, and I can’t stop smiling from my excitement. I’m also psyched that Dots Diner is the sponsor of car #1. WGNO Channel 26 was there for the ceremonial first ride, and they interviewed Mr. Larry from our diner too. Check out the news story.
