We’re over 10 days into the new year, and I’m still writing “2014” on things. C’est la Vie.

Speaking of numbers, thanks to you all, our DVDs for Vets drive was the most successful ever. Over the holiday season, we presented our most recent collection to the Louisiana VA Hospitals. The picture below is during our visit to the fabulous Vets home in Reserve. So, drum roll… this year we collected over 1,000 DVDs as well as 2 VCR players, 50 VHS tapes, and a bunch of music CDs too.

This brings our total to over 2,500 DVDs in the past four years! I would never have dreamed that we’d gather so many – luckily, I didn’t have to carry them all at once (I had help).
