Happy Birthday America! That’s right, Fourth of July is this Wednesday and I can smell that barbeque already. I love the smell of burgers and ribs on the grill even with the hint of firework smoke from the kids in the neighborhood. A reminder, we will be closed on Wednesday to celebrate Independence Day with our families. My crew & I will be back at it Thursday bright and early, so make sure you come by and see us for some breakfast or aDaily Special.
America isn’t the only one getting older and no, I’m not talking about me darlin’. Dots Diner is another year older this August and cause it was so much fun last year, I’m bringing back our “Anniversary Special of the Day.” They’re just 96¢ each in honor of opening my first Dots Diner in 1996. I’ll let you see that special calendar later this month so you can plan accordingly. I’m already starting to pick out my favorites.
