Like my new outfit? I thought I’d do something to get your attention. Once Jazz Fest is over, its summer time to me. The kids are out of school and coming in to see their ole Dot. Oh, how nice it would be to be that carefree again.

That’s enough about my outfit and the kiddies. You only have today left to vote, so get to it. My first ever “Dots Diner Gives Back” Charity Contest ends tonight, May 28th, and I’m giving away $4,500 in total. Every group wins part of the pot including the first place charity receiving $2,500! Help me determine this year’s winner from one of these incredible local organizations: Cafe Reconcile, City Park, Humane Society of LA, Habitat for Humanity, WWOZ, Second Harvest Food Bank.
