I hope you didn’t eat too many chocolate bunnies yesterday for Easter (I like to eat the ears first). After discussing it with my family, I’ve decided that I’ve had enough fun and I’m retiring – just kidding – I love April Fools’ Day. People say I’m still a big kid and they’re right. I did some research (not a joke, I really did this) and found out this day of practical jokes isn’t just an American holiday. It dates back to Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales from 1392 (I don’t remember my English teacher telling me about that, but that was a REALLY long time ago). Last year, I pranked the team telling them that we’d now be open 23 hours and we’d close from 11:48am -12:47pm everyday so we could pressure wash the entire dining room. They were about to commit me to the nearest psych ward until I let them in on the joke. What is your favorite April Fools’ Day prank?
