The holidays are now in full swing. We just finished up Halloween, Thanksgiving and Hanukah. The best of all, Christmas is coming up just around the corner. I hope you’re remembering the reason for the season, regardless of your faith. Gifts are a nice token to show your love for family and friends, but be careful not to let the holidays get the best of you. I make sure I take at least a few minutes to relax with a cup of hot cocoa or tea each day. (Sometimes that tea is really a slice of apple pie or brownie a la mode.)
